What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching is future-oriented and helps clients identify goals and create a plan to achieve them. It is short-term in duration. Coaching is self-pay.
Therapy addresses past issues and traumas and how they impact current functioning. Therapy involves diagnosing an issue and it is covered by insurance.
